These Turkey Burgers are a delicious alternative to regular beef burgers! They are juicy and moist, and have lots of flavor from spices and added veggies. They are a perfect healthy summertime meal.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands or with a spatula.
Form the meat mixture into patties.
Grill them until the center is no longer pink, or cook them on the stovetop in a large skillet at medium heat for 8 minutes on each side.
Serve with whatever toppings you choose, in a bun, wrap, or lettuce.
Notes
Store the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
After the burgers are cooked, they can be frozen for up to 3 months. Place them in two ziplock freezer bags and seal them tightly without air. Defrost in the fridge for a few hours and warm them in the oven or microwave.
The burgers can be meal-prepped at the beginning of the week and make for a great healthy lunch.
