1 Cup Oatmeal quick oats 1/4 Cup Natural peanut butter or another nut butter 1/4 Cup Raw honey 1 tsp Molasses not blackstrap 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1 Dash Fine sea salt 2 Tbsp Crushed unsalted peanuts 1 tsp Chia seeds 1/4 Cup Raisins 1/4 Cup Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Measure out all of the ingredients into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Stir all of the ingredients together with a large spatula, or combine them by hand. The mixture should be sticky enough to roll into balls.
Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 Tbsp each.
Place them in a container, and refrigerate them for 30 minutes to be chilled. Keep in the fridge and eat them whenever desired.
The Energy Bites will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days. Keep them in a plastic container or plastic bag.
