I am a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, fitness fanatic, avid coffee drinker, and lover of all things food. My passion is developing healthy recipes that help me and others live a life of wellness. Food is such an important part of our lives and who we are. We need it for energy to do everyday things, but it’s also a form of enjoyment! I believe that there is a lot of misinformation out there about diets and nutrition. It makes it difficult to know what information to trust. So, I want to share what I have learned as a Nutrition Coach and my personal experiences. I advocate that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. It should be delicious and nutritious.
Another thing about me is that I am a self-proclaimed penny pincher. I am always in search of new ways to save money and be frugal. I plan to share those tips with you as well. So, I can help anyone interested in being better off financially. I don’t claim to be an expert, but I’m happy to share the tips that have helped me.
