or another nut butter

Crushed unsalted peanuts

Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Measure out all of the ingredients into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Stir all of the ingredients together with a large spatula, or combine them by hand. The mixture should be sticky enough to roll into balls.
Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 Tbsp each.
Place them in a container, and refrigerate them for 30 minutes to be chilled. Keep in the fridge and eat them whenever desired.
Notes
The Energy Bites will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days. Keep them in a plastic container or plastic bag.
