This Healthy Cinnamon Apple Crisp is a fabulous comforting dessert filled with Fall spices! The cinnamon and apple, combined with sweet honey, make a delicious healthy dessert! You don't have to feel guilty about eating this because it's filled with clean and whole ingredients!

Apple Crisp Filling 4 Medium apples 1/2 tsp Lemon juice 2 tsp Vanilla extract 1 tsp Ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp Ground cloves 1/4 cup Raw honey Apple Crisp Topping 1/2 Cup Oatmeal quick oats 1/4 Cup Whole wheat flour 1/3 Cup Turbinado sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Fine sea salt 3 Tbsp Coconut oil 1/2 tsp Molasses
Crisp Topping Combine the flour, oats, turbinado sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until well-combined.
Add the coconut oil and molasses to the oat mixture and combine with a fork until it becomes crumbly. (or mix by hand)
Apple Filling Peel and slices the apples thinly and place them in a large bowl.
Add the honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and cloves to the apples, and mix with a spatula until combined.
Assembly Pour the apple mixture into a 9-inch pie plate or baking dish.
Evenly distribute the crisp topping across the apples.
Bake the crisp in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the apples are tender and the top is golden and crisp.
Serve immediately or let cool completely and store in the fridge for later on.
